The Wild Self
The Wild Self is your truest, freest essence—the part of you untouched by fear, shame, or conditioning. It’s not wild in the chaotic sense, but in the aware, alive, natural sense.
The Wild Self embodies the following characteristics of Self-energy (as defined by Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy model):
Calmness – The ability to steady yourself, create mental space, and make thoughtful choices rather than slipping into habitual reactions.
Clarity – Seeing your intentions, feelings, and patterns more accurately, allowing you to make choices that feel aligned and true to you.
Curiosity – A willingness to explore your thoughts and reactions with openness, so you can better understand what’s happening within you.
Compassion – Approaching your inner challenges with kindness, which builds resilience and keeps you moving forward instead of getting stuck in self-criticism.
Confidence – Trusting your capacity to handle challenges and lead your life with intention from a place of inner strength.
Courage – Stepping toward discomfort or growth opportunities instead of avoiding them, even when it feels uncertain.
Creativity – Staying flexible and open to new possibilities, solutions, and perspectives as you design the life you want.
Connectedness – Feeling present and in tune with yourself and others, so your actions are aligned with your values and relationships.
Lets go wild.
The Wild Self also moves with the 4 P’s of Self-leadership:
Presence – Showing up with openness and curiosity, allowing you to stay connected with yourself and tuned in to what’s happening within and around you.
Perspective – Seeing your thoughts and feelings with clarity and balance, so you can understand the bigger picture and make choices that feel aligned with who you are.
Patience – Giving yourself the time and space to move at a pace that feels right, without pressure or judgment, trusting that growth unfolds naturally.
Persistence – Gently staying with your process, continuing to move forward with compassion and inner strength, even when the path feels uncertain.
When we reconnect with the Wild Self, we remember who we really are—not who we were told to be. From this place, life opens up. You begin to feel the pulse of your own truth, and the path becomes not only possible—but deeply, wildly yours.

FAQ
What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. Together, we explore areas of your life that feel out of alignment— where things don’t feel right—because they may not reflect your values, dreams, and true nature. By reconnecting with the intuition of your Wild Self, we uncover the truth that aligns with who you really are, allowing you to reimagine your life from a place of empowered authenticity.
What are the benefits of Life Coaching?
As you do the inner work, you may notice your perception of the world shifts. Your self-energy becomes more accessible, your confidence grows, and your intuitive knowing strengthens. This leads to a deeper sense of alignment with your true nature in all areas of your life.
What does a Life Coaching session with Liz look like?
I hold a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions about your present experiences and dreams for the future. I listen—not just to your words, but to the deeper stories and beliefs beneath them. Together, we uncover painful thoughts and limiting beliefs, then transform them into something truer. We identify outdated narratives —stories you’ve been telling yourself about who you are and what’s possible—and begin rewriting them based on the truth that comes from your inner knowing. I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I guide you to your own intuitive understanding with powerful questions, thought-dissolving tools, and metaphor.
Do you remember your dreams? Write them down and we will analyze them together!
